What the $85,000 pays for

Two silo conversions

Interior build-out, finishes, fixtures, and guest-suite essentials for two existing steel grain silos.

Site prep + parking

Grading, arrival logic, parking/access improvements, and guest-safe exterior movement.

Utilities + OSSF path

Water/electrical extensions are still scoped. New OSSF design requires a licensed designer and Williamson County review.

Deck + amenities

Shared outdoor deck, garden, and amenity area sized for the two-suite Phase 1.

Permits + survey/engineering

Permit review, survey/engineering support, inspections, and authorization gates before launch readiness is claimed.

Contingency reserve

Booklet reserve for controlled unknowns inside the Phase 1 scope.

Booklet budget allocation

Major spend waits for the permit path.

Phase 1 is permit-gated. Still Haven will not claim launch readiness or begin major construction spend until the Land Use Agreement, floodplain/Certificate of Compliance pathway, OSSF design, applicable permits, and inspection requirements are confirmed. Existing water and electrical context reduce development friction, but final OSSF placement, setbacks, and system type must be confirmed by a licensed designer and Williamson County review.
